Hotel Check In is 3pm, Check out is 11am
Pool, Spa, Fitness Area are open until 10pm
Room rate increases to $199-220.00+ (plus tax) per night on 08/01/2025

Friday 2-8pm Rehearsals (with dinner break)
It is not required that you stay at our host hotel, but we will be using this as a meeting point.

Saturday Interviews, rehearsals & Pageant
NO food and drink allowed in theater, other than bottled water.
NO photos or videos allowed during the pageant. All delegates receive a photo package as part of their entry fee.

7:00 - 9:30 pm ~ Registration at Hilton Garden Inn lobby (wear crown & sash, bring appearance documentation, & Photogenic entry)

Saturday, August 23, 2025
Required for all delegates and returning queens

Sunday, August 24, 2025
Required for all delegates and 2024 returning queens

8:30 - 11:30 am ~ Full Show Rehersal at Theater - Wear sash & Bring your shoes.
11:30 - 1:00 pm ~ Break on your own
1:00 - 4:00 pm pm ~ Interviews - Business Casual (dress, suit, etc.) bring Sash for photos, but sash will not be worn during interview
6:30 - Be Back Stage, ready to go
7:00 pm ~ Live Show Ziegfeld Theatre
10pm ~ Winners photos
